Based out of Tampa, Florida and founded by local entrepreneur and community organizer, Sky U. White, the purpose of “REVIVED: Tampa’s Most Influential Black-Owned Magazine” is to provide a positive platform for black-owned businesses to promote their products and services, while also presenting the many accomplishments and interests within the local black community.

With the continued growth of Tampa’s up and coming community of black professionals; Sky saw an opportunity to improve upon the lack of advertising and public acknowledgment available to Tampa’s minority professionals and business owners. Determined to create a resolution by forming a stage of her own for Tampa’s black professionals, “REVIVED: Tampa’s Most Influential Black-Owned Magazine” was born. It’s purpose is to inform the community of our prospering black businesses, empower our youth, and serve the interests of Tampa residents with articles focused on social justice, black history, fashion, beauty, lifestyle + interiors, and the accomplishments of our local citizens.

Our vision is to become the best and largest provider of progressive and influential stories within the local urban community, in addition to giving our youth and area businesses a positive public platform.
